Priced to sell, this rv is in good condition. Has electric awning, porcelain toilet upgrade. Has been pre wired for a back up cam and for solar. Dry weight is 4240 the ac and heat work great. Lots of storage great for a small family. Has Bluetooth speakers inside and out. Sleeps 4 to 6 has a queen bed a dinette that folds to a bed, a pop down bunk and the couch also folds to a bed. The rv has been lightly used, the wife and I bought it after selling our house in CA and used it while we were purchasing our new house in Arkansas. We no longer have use it for it. Fridge still has original plastics on it I also have a cover, surge protector and lots of other things to through in. I will Even include a weight distribution hitch with sway control.
