I bought this RV brand new in June 2016 and I have babied it every step of the way. It's in near-perfect condition. Oil changes have been faithfully completed every 3,000 miles. The engine is just broken in and runs like a dream. Generator starts right up, only 395 hours. It is kept in a climate controlled shop year-round and I wax the exterior annually. I've done several upgrades and will also include a Weber propane BBQ (hooks up straight to the propane tank on the rig), sound bar, DVD players, all the cables for 30A and 50A conversion lines, extension cord, sewer tubing, pillow top mattress and bedding. I will include everything that you need to be ready to camp in this on day 1. All tanks are clean and dry and the unit is has been thoroughly cleaned. This machine is ready to go!
