Don’t let the year of the model fool you! This beauty has been pampered to the max. It’s nearly showroom quality. Only a few minor scratches on the interior walnut finish. It stays in our shop. We never used it as a toy hauler so the back section is fantastic as well. We never used the loft or the back queens/table/benches. The floor has no scratches throughout. All appliances are in perfect working order. A/C, heater & heat pump are perfect. If you’re looking for the best available fifth wheel toy hauler, you’ve found it. I searched for years to find exactly what I wanted. This was the only model that we could find that fit the entire list! An island, a fireplace with hidden space for remotes, heated/vibrating chairs, a real shower door(not a curtain) and a real sink(not a small hole). This beaut has a California King & 2 full master closets! That’s hard to find! Last, but not least, on my list was plenty of storage. The amount of cabinet space they fit in this model is amazing! They did not waste any room! You can haul a toy, have company stay, or allow kids to have more privacy in the back with a half bath. Options galore! Have a child that likes to “hide” away? The loft is perfect for that. It can also be used as more storage! You feel pampered with this model.
