An extremely clean, well-cared and fully for and highly optioned unit. Exterior color is Waterfall, interior color scheme is Sea Cliff with Amber finished woodwork, Chocolate colored furniture and 1-1/2 baths. Sleeps 4 adults and 1 child given the booth dinette collapses down into a bed. The booth dinette is a major plus in this unit; however, it can be easily removed to have a table or bar unit installed. This unit also has both options for a king or queen bed and currently the queen bed is installed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The king bed has the standard bamboo mattress from the factory; will install the unit of choice for the new buyer.

The unit is fully prepped and ready for a generator, although we choose to use a portable gas generator versus the factory LP unit. Fully inspected by a NRVIA inspector upon delivery with minimal issues that where all resolved before delivery. Report is available upon request. This unit was built before the Thor acquisition of Tiffin.
