This RV is in great shape and extremely clean. Everyone mentions how large the kitchen/recliner area is with the slides in and with them out! We replaced the jackknife sofa with RecPro Recliners ($1,200) that are very comfortable. They are power operated and have seatbelts so you can relax while going down the road! The Hellwig sway bars front and rear that we added were a great investment while a little pricey ($800)! We replaced the microwave with a conventional oven/microwave and we have never even used the oven. The AC unit is 15K with heat pump. You will enjoy the deep pull out drawers in the pantry and tons of storage above the recliners and dining table (also under the bench seats). Smoke free. Everything works including the three TVs (1 in the living area, 1 in the bedroom, and 1 outside. The rig has a large awing and both slides have toppers. The rig has been under cover when not on the road. The trailer hitch is a 7500 pound receiver. We have an extended warranty that is transferable. Please note - this is not a bunkhouse but instead has six large storage bins. The outside of the rig has no dins and roof is in good shape too.
