2007 keystone Everest 344J in excellent shape. It has been well taken care of since it was new. The main A/C is less than 3 years old and 18,000 BTU. The A/C in the bedroom is roughly 7 years old and still runs perfectly. The rubber roof was replaced in 2012 due to damage from a limb. The roof is solid and is in good shape. It is about due for a recoating however. There are no leaks. The tires are in good shape with 80% tread. The only issue is the furnace which will not ignite. The rv is set up for a washer/dryer combo in the bedroom closet. It was bought new in 2007 by my parents which I inherited in 2015. This is a great solid 5th wheel and will serve its next owner well!
