2007 Jay Flight 19 JTX Travel Trailer: We purchased in July 2020 and have used it as a lake camper a dozen times or so. Interior is like new. Single bunk bed top and double bottom. Dinette and jackknife sofa make into bed. Exterior in great shape with some fading typical of a 2007 model. 30 amp unit with a 13,500 btu air conditioner, Norcold refrigerator / freezer (Electric & gas), microwave, propane furnace and hot water tank, and two 20lb. propane tanks which have recently been re-certified and filled. 3 burner stove, used sparingly, and oven which looks as though has never been used. Unit has no leaks and only one soft spot (see picture) behind the left side of the Jackknife sofa. Cosmetic only (behind couch so cannot be seen) and was not caused by a leak. The furnace sits under the couch directly in front of this spot and the dryness has cracked the lower exterior wall. No repair is needed! We have used this travel trailer for “lake camping” at campsites within 50 miles of home for the past 18 months. The reason for selling is to buy a small motor home and, as retirement age approaches, utilize it for some longer trips and, after retirement, longer trips in both distance and duration. Everything works as it should on this travel trailer as we have had zero issues with much enjoyment. Improvements/replacements which have been performed since our purchase: LIBRA 3500lbs Electric Power A-Frame Tongue Jack – NO MORE MANUALLY CRANKING! New house battery. Replaced Propane hoses. New awning from Carefree of Colorado. New tires and wheels (July 2020). New Curt Round Bar weight distribution system with hitch and 2 5/8” ball.

Roof cleaned, conditioned, seals and seams checked and sealed with Dicor as needed last summer. All interior lights changed to LED. Kitchen backsplash installed.
