Description
2006 Road Trek Adventurous RS - Solar, Lithium, Air Suspension, Rebuilt Motor & more upgrades I purchased this unit from the original owner who was based in Florida. This is the final year of the T1N Sprinter with the coveted 5-cylinder diesel motor. It does not require the emission components (filter, DEF fluid, etc.) that fail on the newer models, gets 22+ mpg, & is able to utilize diesel common across Central America. While these motors are expected to last 1 million miles, it’s not a guarantee. I had an issue and, because I was driving to remote locations, I took it to one of the top sprinter mechanics in the country (Linden Engineering in Colorado) and had him completely rebuild the motor. The result is you get the benefits of the T1N van with a like-new motor. Keep this in mind when you're comparing this to a van with lower miles. My repairs cost ~$13,000 and it took ~6 MONTHS to complete due to parts availability & work backlog. Contains bathroom/shower, rear sofa with seat belts that converts to two twins or king bed. Upgrades: 3 X 160-watt Monocrystalline solar panels for a total of 480 watts,170-amp hour lithium battery, DC to DC charger/solar controller, Battery reading monitor, 2,000-watt inverter/charger (powers ALL outlets), lights upgraded to LED, Maxx Air Deluxe Fan w/remote, Android Head Unit, Laminate Flooring, Easy Start Micro Air (AC runs off small Gen), Air Suspension (not assist - this is a full air suspension for rear), LED Lightbar, Coleman Mach 10 NDQ 13.5 BTU AC, 12V Diesel Heater, Microwave (runs off battery), Stove/Oven, 12V Compressor Refridgerator (critical for boondocking), Adjustable table mount, WeBoost cell booster, TV Swing Arm w/4K monitor, Interior Painted White, Roof treated with POR 15/Raptor Liner ( no more re-sealing!), Custom drawers made & fold-out table, I have one extra factory seat that can easily be reinstalled, Roof Rack to allow future changes to the roof - EX: Diff panels, box, etc. Maintenance: 275K Transmission & Diff fluid changed, 285K Rebuilt Motor (receipt available), 287K Michelin Cross Climate (snow peak symbol), 293K Brake Pads/Rotors replaced, 290K Oil Change, 295K Oil, Air/fuel filter, Black/Grey tank valves replaced & drain line upgraded, Propane Gen fully serviced (spark plugs, oil, filter) @550 hours, MISC: EGR Valve, Sensors, Propane Tank Valves, etc. Email me for questions or more photos.
