Our family purchased this RV for the purpose of living in while we purchased a new home in Virginia. While there is some wear and tear, this RV has plenty to offer in its life to an out doors family. I can guarantee all of the major features of this RV are functioning and working as intended. An additional feature I can say was tested is the toy hauler ramp for living in the back in a wheelchair. Easily accessible bed in the back and definitely livable on camping trips.
