This rv is not perfect, but is much better then average. Tires have only 25k miles on them, but are approaching age limit. . One hydraulic leveler has a slight leak where line attaches to it. Bathroom vent cover just replaced. 4kw genset runs great. Due to illness this unit has not been on the road since March 2020, although I have been running the engine up to temp biweekly and have moved it around the yard a number of times. Needs to be washed. Fully cleaned inside. Spare tire (5 yrs old) mounted on carrier on rear hitch. Allows for trailer towing. Tire covers staying with rv. Has been hauling a car on tow-dolly for many years. Trips to and from Florida so we can wear t'S and shorts each winter. Dolly available. Rv equipped with brake controller.
