I bought new this when I was working over the road and traveling for work. What I love about the unit is the full size residential kitchen refrigerator. Self leveling and self setting hitch height make the unit easy to level and set to the height of your 5th wheel on your truck. The two slides over the 5th wheel really make the kitchen very roomy and comfortable to cook in. There is a 55" tv over the electric fireplace. Two leather recliner chairs face the tv and fireplace. Two leather couches are tucked into the two slides in the living room. It make for a great spot to sit and relax after a long day of work or play. The bathroom is roomy and has a large shower next to the washer and drier. There is a 10 gallon electric hot water heater that can also be run on propane. One black water tank, two grey water tanks and one fresh water tank all 60 gallons are accompained by two drains on this unit that can be operated individually. Each tank had a digital monitor on the lippert control unit. All of the leveling, slide operation and monitoring can be done directly from the phone app once synced via bluetooth to the camper. The bedroom has two slides and a king size bed with lots of storage. Outside you will find a large awning accompanying the outdoor kitchen and propane grill. Outdoor speakers, gfi electrical outlets, a quick hose disconnect and an outdoor shower make outside living very enjoyable. The camper does come with full skirting. The space under the 5th wheel hitch can be fully enclosed with skirting making for a good space to store outdoor gear.I am selling the camper because I no longer need it for work. I recently got married and my wife had a baby. I purchased it in Kentucky and towed it to West Virginia. From there I towed it to New Hampshire. It is a very clean unit with low miles, non smoker, no pets. The unit has been winterized. All of the major components work well.
