Very clean camper in very good to excellent condition. Goodyear tires are less than 3 years old and are in very good condition. The coach batteries and awning are brand new. 
Lance campers are known for the quality of their construction and the reality is evident throughout. This camper has the outdoor Kitchen, fireplace, and storage area with the slide out container. For its size, the storage space for clothing and kitchen supplies are excellent. We had no problems being on the road for several months at a time. The 18 foot awning provides additional living space that we loved. The hot water heater and the refrigerator operate on electric or propane. The rear hitch gives you additional options for bikes, generator, etc. The kitchenette slide provides an additional 6 1/2 ft by 3 ft interior living space and adds to the spaciousness of the interior living space. We added a smart tv and smart sound bar in the entertainment area. The rear bathroom provides a spacious area for a unit this size and has a substantial storage area as well. 
 A sway control system is also available.
