     NEW TIRES INSTALLED BY REDBURN TIRES 2/26/2020. IT ALSO HAS A SAFE T PLUS steering stabilizer installed. 2 NEW START BATTERIES INSTALLED 11/12/2020  MAINTENANCE FREE.
     NEW RADIATOR 3/31/2021 and had the Spartan full engine and Gen service on unit by Maseys Truck and Diesel repair Phoenix,AZ.
NEW MACERATOR purchased at NIRVC 11/9/2021 installed 11/18/2021. NEW STEP MOTOR INSTALLED JULY 2020. 3 15,000 BTU A/C HEAT PUMP UNITS KEEP THE COACH COOL AND OR WARM ALONG WITH THE ELECTRIC FIRE PLACE. It has a 12,500 Watt Generator with auto start generator system that will supply the whole coach with power and run all 3 A/C Heat Pump units. This is great while traveling down the road as you can run the microwave and refrigetator. Coach has 2 inverters one 2800 watt, and one 2000 watt. THE ORIGINAL COUCH HAS BEEN SWAPPED OUT AND THREE RECLINING THEATER SEATS HAVE RELPACED IT. One person could sleep on the love seat section. Coach has 2 Girard awnings on the entrance side of the coach. Outside TV and a Dometic Refrigerator/ Freezer. AQUA HOT HYDRONIC WATER HEATER AND HEATED FLOORS Great for taking long showers.   There are 2 sets of MAGNA Shades that come with the coach. one of Dodger Stadium, and the other Fenway Park.
  This coach has a bath 1/2, washer and Dryer and a dish washer.100 gallon fresh water tank. Convection microwave oven and induction Counter top range. No oven. Central vac system, power shades and an alarm system. Doors also operate with a key fob. I WILL BE LEAVING the TPMS ( tire pressure monitor system) with the coach as well. Also included is a spare water pump. IN MOTION SATELLITE AND SATELLITE SYSTEM W/ AUTO SEEK. HOWEVER WE HAVE NEVER USED THEM AS THE PREVIOUS OWNER TOOK THE RECEIVERS. WE HAVE BEEN STREAMING ALL OUR TV CHANNELS ON SLING TV FOR SEVERAL YEARS. We are the 2nd owners. The original owners kept the coach garaged when not in use, and we have been traveling to cooler climates during the hot sumer months of Arizona.   The coach drives like a dream and we know you will love it as much as we have. We have built a home in Mesa and will not be traveling as much so we have decided to sell our 2016 Entegra Anthem coach.
