Trailer is in excellent condition. We are second owners. Selling to go to a fifth wheel. Everything is in great working condition. We have camped with full hook ups as well as fully dry camped without any issues. Heater/ A/C system is very efficient thanks to the 4-seasons, cold weather package. Any questions.
