This trailer is in great condition both inside and out. It has a TV and propane heater/fireplace to stay cozy on chilly nights and the AC works great. Outdoor kitchen has a butcher block slide out and mini-fridge. 19' awning with illumination. Tires are almost new. Kitchen appliances are very clean and in great condition.
