This 4 season ready unit is in good condition its has never had a roof leak, interior is in great condition well taken care of, It offers a king bed in the master with 2 large flat screen TV'S 1 in the master and 1 in the living and also has the washer dryer prep package with a thermostat controlled exhaust fan it the kitchen. It has an electric awning electric landing gear and electric stabilizer jacks. This unit is a drop frame design allowing for a very large basement storage Siding on the unit has minor scratches and sun fading but that's to be expected in the New Mexico sun. Large fresh water storage (75 Gallons) 2 grey water tanks and 1 large 45 Gallon black with 60 pounds of propane storage so you can confidently handle a week in the woods completely off grid in the mountains as I often did with my family. This has been a very enjoyable unit but it is time for us to down size.
