Minor water damage in sleeper cab over space (typical of Class C units) which has been resealed (3M 5200 sealant) with no signs of leaking with the heavy rains over the last 4-5 months. Internally any rotten wood/insulation was removed and replaced. New carpet and interior finish work.

All exterior storage locker doors work and lock. Working manual awning. No leveling system but leveling blocks included. Unit is comfortable, drives very well, is clean and ready to overwinter or go on the road. Ford V10 gasoline engine, auto transmission, 2" tow receiver on rear.
