Clean, spacious, tons of storage, and lots of sleeping space. It’s perfect for bigger families. We are the 3rd owners, but have combed through it meticulously. Everything has been inspected and serviced from the roof to the underbelly. We have replaced broken things or tightened the loose trim everywhere. This camper shows like it’s new. After each use it was scrubbed and pressure washed.

Front master has a king bed and a private 3/4 bath with a huge closet and drawers. The private back bunk room has 4 separate beds and it’s own half bath accessible from the outside. It also has tons of storage and a tv hookup. The living area has a dinette and couch that both fold out for additional sleeping area. The electric fireplace works great. The TV can easily be hooked up to the antenna or a DVD player. The kitchen area has A TON of storage. One neat feature about the kitchen is the hidden garbage slot. The garbage is accessible from the kitchen sink/stove and outside. (See pictures)

One of our favorite assets….the outdoor bar! It’s amazing to have another beverage fridge and the storage.

Updates we have improved since May 2021:
- new battery
- new battery disconnect
- new rims
- roof was certified and sealed by Pleasureland
- all side panels were sealed and certified by Pleasureland
- all slides serviced
- bearings were packed and seals were replaced

Things that work well:
- water heater
- both ACs (took it camping in 100 degrees weather and it was awesome)
- gas furnace (took it camping in 27 degrees weather and it was awesome too)
- 2 black tanks show EMPTY
- 2 grey tanks show EMPTY

The reason we are selling is because this was supposed to be a camper that I can tow and park by myself and I’m just not comfortable with the size. We are looking for a driver.
