Description

*PENDING SALE*

This is a 34 foot Monaco Knight Class A diesel Motorhome for sale. The original owners of the "Blue Mule" spared no expense and went with lots of upgrades which I will try to list below. We have recently invested over $10,000 to make sure it's is great shape for the next owners. See the attached pics of the recent work done. It is ready to drive down to Florida for the winter or to get a jump start on travel in the spring. It passed MA inspection before we had all the work done and is good until June 2022. It also just had its oil service done which included oil change, as well as new oil filter, air filter, coolant filter, and fuel/water separator. It has a Cummins 315 turbo diesel engine with only 58,000 miles! It also has a 7.5 kw quiet generator that will power BOTH living room and bedroom AC units no problem. The electrical is 50 Amp. It has three slide outs. Two opposing slide outs in the living room create an incredibly spacious feel and one slide out in the bedroom allows for the full sized queen bed (not a camper queen). The dinette and couch both fold out into beds to make more sleeping space if needed. Storage space is simply no issue in this RV. Between the bay storage underneath, to the cabinetry in the living room, to the large closet in the bedroom, you simply won't have enough stuff to fill up all the storage space! It has a brand new aluminum fuel tank that will never rust. It has two AC units, a furnace, leather captain's chairs, a three burner propane range, Corian countertops, a convection microwave, a Norcold four door refrigerator/freezer (electric/LP), a Sony and Alpine bluetooth sound system, two flat-screen TVs, a backup camera, a nice large awning, a bedroom window awning, and an over the door awning, all in great shape. The engine and house batteries are all brand new as of this year. The roof was sealed in June and is walkable with the ladder included. Recent work also includes replacing a seal on the bedroom slide, as well as a section of plywood and carpeting at the rear slide where some water damage had occurred. The only things that don't work are the hydraulic leveling jacks and the driver's A/C. The AC would require new lines and we decided that we didn't need it. The two house AC units work great. The dealership that we bought it from said that the rear jacks will go down but don't like to come back up so we haven't even tried using them. It hasn't been a problem as we just use blocks
