Description

This is a 2019 T@B 400 Standard Model (not Boondock) teardrop trailer. The advantage of the Standard Model over the Boondock is lighter tongue weight, lighter gross weight, and not as high off the ground which makes getting in and out of the camper much easier at a more comfortable height. This trailer is in immaculate condition, as close to new as you can get. Meticulously maintained inside and out. Original and very experienced owner. Never any smoking, pets or kids in the camper. Covered year round after every trip. (Sorry, cover not included) Last service March 2021. Maintenance records provided. All blinds, screens, mattresses, and cushions are in PERFECT like new condition. The mattress has never been directly slept on. It has been covered from day one with a memory foam topper. The only cosmetic flaw on the camper is on the front just above the diamond plating. A rock hit it on the way home the day I bought it! See photo. Only taken on local trips within a 60 mile radius. Looks and smells like new inside. Used for 56 total nights since purchase in April 2019. Less than 6,000 travelled miles.Tongue Weight: About 390-400 pounds depending on how much you put in the camper. Large 3-way refrigerator, and microwave. Two 100-amp AGM batteries. Always maintained at full charge, and never discharged below 80% capacity. Upgrades done since purchase: Custom made light weight solid birch table. Original table also included. Table converts to a bed for a small 3rd person to sleep. Blue Tooth Victron battery monitor. (BMV-712) Provides visibility of the exact status of your batteries. It shows voltage, current, consumed amp hours, time remaining. Progressive Dynamics Smart Converter, $700 upgrade. This converter has a control pendant that allows you to select the charge mode (Boost, Normal, Storage) The advantage over the stock converter is it allows you to force the batteries into “boost” mode so you can quickly recharge batteries while boondocking on generator power. Batteries will charge fully from 50% discharge in about two hours on generator power. (I have not tested this, but read this in the specs)Other features:20lb Propane TankAlde Radiant Heating System and Alde Flow Instant Hot WaterDometic Cool Cat AC/Heat Pump/FurnaceFresh Water Capacity 30 gal. Grey Water Capacity 18 gal. Black Water Capacity 12 gal. Bed comforter and pillow shams are not included. Payment accepted: Certified cashier’s check.
