Everything is in great shape except 1 drawer that does stick. Everything the RV came with will be included in the sale. House batteries replaced this spring. Step inside and enjoy a slide out sofa sleeper with table straight ahead for meals, or just for hanging out. There is a place for a moveable pedestal table that sits in the main room between the front driver and passenger seats when they are swiveled around. The kitchen area is to the left of the entry door and features a double sink, counter space, a two burner cook-top, pantry, and refrigerator. You will also find plenty of overhead cabinets for storage too. Beyond the sofa heading toward the rear of the coach you will find a side bath with corner shower, toilet, linen cabinet, and vanity with round sink. A nice size wardrobe is found just around the corner from the bath before you step up to the bedroom floor area. The rear bedroom in model 24G features a slide out rear queen sized bed with dual bedside storage cabinets, plus overhead cabinets space as well. There is also a flat screen 22" HDTV in the bedroom just off the foot of the bed along the wall.Please ask questions if you have any, never sold an RV before.
