2001 Alfa Gold 34 ft fifth wheel. Smoke free. This unit is King size with three slide outs, a King size bed, with a shower/tub combination. Sleeping provisions for four (King bed in front + a double bed (the couch) in the back) but plenty of space for more, cots, etc. Beautiful, new wood grained vinyl flooring in all the high traffic areas for easy clean up and maintenance. Triple axle, new electric brakes, tires, and wheel bearings packed on all six hubs in Oct./2020. EDPM liquid rubber roof added 2017 and annually maintained. 3 access points for basement storage including a large slide out drawer. Bedroom has a custom made, regular sized, King mattress made by Verlo in WI with a 4 inch cooling foam topper added. Mattress pad protection has always been used. Bedroom has a vanity station with a mirror with a custom stool that stores in the walk-in closet, customized shoe storage, and a two rail walk in closet with one wall entirely lined with cedar with full length mirrors on both entry doors. The bedroom has a five drawer dresser with a mirrored cabinet above and three drawers and a small cupboard under the bed. There is even a secret compartment for "special" items in the bedroom floor. Large linen closet has a (newer) 20" RCA flatsrceen TV mounted adjacent to it with a movable mount. Bathroom is contained within the bedroom and has a separate sink/vanity, tub/shower, and a new, tall porcelain commode accessible by two doors, one that opens to the bedroom and one to the main cabin. The kitchen has a center island with a sink that also has a water purifier spout. The island has storage accessible from both sides and also contains a microwave. The Kitchen slide out contains a three burner propane range/oven surrounded by drawers and cabinets below and above, a refrigerator/freezer unit that operates on both A/C or propane, and a desk with a slide out expanded surface/workstation and cabinetry containing a 20" tube type TV with additional cabinetry above and below. The dining room is contained within the livingroom slideout and has a table that can be expanded with a leaf that is stored on the underside of the table.
