This camper comes with a power tongue jack along with power stabilizer jacks. This means easier and faster set up. Both have manual override so no worries about being stranded if the power goes out or your battery is low or dead. Our family can have this set up and ready in 10 minutes. This model has the rear bathroom entry. No more walking through the camper to access the bathroom when you are enjoying the camp fire. No more sand in the camper from the beach. Enter via the back door and rinse off in the shower before you relax on the couch for the evening. We installed a MaxxAir II Vent cover allowing the vent to be left open with no worries about the rain. The refrigerator works great and runs on electric or gas (Keeps the food and drinks cold while you travel down the road). All the original paperwork will go with the camper. Electric powered slide out with manual override. This is a deep slide out that goes flush with the floor. Multi colored LED lighting above the slide out to provide mood lighting on the interior. Power awning with LED lighting. We installed multi-color LED lighting under the camper. The Samsung TV and DVD player along with all the remotes will go with this camper. Two propane bottles will be included with the camper. The select regulator allows you to disconnect one bottle to use for the grill while you still cook your sweet corn on the stove. The battery was replaced in June of 2021. The battery has a 1-year warranty and I will include the receipt so you can get a new battery if it fails within that year. The camper is supper easy to winterize and maintain. All maintenance was done twice a year. Beginning of the camping season and before it was stored for the winter.
