This trailer was renovated last year with vinyl plank flooring, captain seats, butcherblock countertop with undermount stainless sink, new stove top and foam mattress. Brand new RV deep cycle battery just installed. It has a shower and a toilet. Everything is in working order except the rooftop exhaust fan (I am the second owner and it hasn't worked since I have owned it).
