This unit is owned by a non smoking family. The RV is in really good condition. Has a tow hitch and capable of towing a small vehicle. It only has 19,237 miles. It has self leveling jacks. It also has a generator that has 670 hours and will run the coach while dry camping or while your driving. Which is great for long drives so that you can run the air conditioning units and also so the kids can watch TV. The 2 coach batteries and the main unit battery were just replaced this year. It was also just in for service for an oil change, checking of the breaks and all fluids. Has 2 air conditioning units. It sleeps 8 comfortably. Has three slides The bunks have there own DVD player's with head phone's. The front passenger seat turns and also reclines. Has a ton of storage in side and out. Has a back up camera.
