I bought this in June 2020. It has not been camped in this season but is well maintained. It has new tires with 0 miles in them. I upgraded the tires to load range E tires. It has dual propane tanks, I also have a EQual-I-zer anti sway and weight distribution hitch that is included.

The roof seal strip has had the screws replaced with stainless steel screws and a new vinyl strip. The max air fan has a cover that allows it to be used in any weather. This has never had any leaks. 

All appliances work as needed and there is no rust or damages to the underside.
