This RV has had a lot of good work done on it. I have had it for 3 years. The previous owners had just put on new tires. They completely replaced the coolant system. New starter. When I bought it I put on a new head and it is mechanically sound. Between myself and the last owner there has been a lot of work done on this RV. Records will be provided. I just replaced the Jackknife couch. AC, generator, fridge, convection microwave, stove, water pump all work. The house and engine batteries were all replaced 3 years ago. This RV was originally from Calif and Tenn. The winters it spent with me up north it was never driven in the winter and always winterized. New toilet. There are two solar pannels that can be connected into the system. With any older RV's there are some issues to deal with. Some house repairs. New linoleum. The roof should be recoated. The switches for the slide out and steps need to be replaced. The suspension should be updated as the air bags are leaking. I would like to sell this as is right away and I am pricing this as is. It goes in for repairs on Sept 10th to address these issues and the price will go up. Please ask for more photos.
