I love this RV! It has a large kitchen and counter space compared to most other models and the stove/oven works great! My daughter and I once made a fancy 6 course meal for 8 people! The RV rides comfortably and the engine and tires are in very good condition. I love the amount of storage space - it has room for all our many kitchen gadgets, including a wok, rice maker, crockpot, kettle, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, and air popper (in addition to all the typical kitchenware)! With all of that, there is still even more storage for all the blankets and pillows (plenty for a family of 6 plus any guests). We had a roof leak last year and had an RV Armor roof put on. It has a lifetime guarantee that follows the RV. We love love love our new roof! No more maintenance and no worries about water coming through the roof ever! We replaced the back wall that had water damage and now it is my favorite wall! We installed blackout curtains on that wall, as well as on the walls above the cab (the former curtains were a dingy and drab pink). It is truly difficult for us to part with this RV. However, we are a family of 6 and as the kids are growing into teenagers (and like to bring friends on trips), we need more space. If we were a family of 4 this would definitely be our forever RV. The RV will come with leveling blocks, fresh water and sewer hoses, water hose caddy, 30 to 50 amp adapter, 30 to 20 amp adapter, 30 amp surge protector, and slide stabilizers. The antenna needs to be replaced, but we would be willing to negotiate price if someone wants to purchase the RV before we can get it replaced. The TV and DVD player work perfectly and the RV has an inverter that keeps the TV operating and the kids entertained while driving down the road.
