Only 31,500 miles. This coach is in great  condition. Many upgrades including Hellwig sway bar and Agile fox 2.5 shocks  just installed.  These suspension upgrades dramatically improved the handling of the motor home. The  rubber is in great shape with approximately 9 K miles. Everything works as it should. I replaced the Y- cable and boost solenoid with a Cole Hersee and new Costco 6 volt golf batteries last year. It just had an oil and filter change and new fuel filter and air cleaner. Transmission fluid and filter changed and brake fluid flushed last summer at 28,000 miles. All recommended maintenance has been completed and this coach is ready for the road for many miles to come.
We have had No pets in the coach; and we are non smokers. Thule  2 bike folding rack included. This vehicle has never been used for towing. 
Propane generator with only 37 hours. Generator oil and filter just replaced and it works great.
