2016 Jayco Eagle 314 tsbh ,Great family camper in excellent condition, The bunkhouse sleeps five, with a twin trundle….We opted for twin trundle instead of gaming chairs. With upper bunks raised the lower bunks function like couches making it a nice area for the kids. Within bunk house, there is a retractable table, a 3 shelf bookcase that sits behind table, hookup for tv, 2 large wardrobes, 7 deep drawers and a two shelf storage area behind glass doors. So plenty of storage for 5 occupants. The bunk house is also a good set up for a home office as table and two stools also fit in bunk room. 2 slides in the bunk house, so very roomy floor plan. Up front, the third slide holds the queen bed udinette, and loveseat/full bed. In addition, there is a queen bedroom up front with regular queen size mattress. The outdoor kitchen features a 3.2 cu fridge, rear mounted gas grill, 2 burner stove, working sink and tv hookup. Indoor kitchen, has double sink with granite?, 3 burner stove and oven, 8 cubic foot tri- fuel fridge with separate freezer, plenty more storage in kitchen area, with storage for shoes, jackets and boots in entry area to kitchen. This camper fabulous for a active family. Wired for solar. Camper has been stored in bar harbor Maine and has been used for three weeks per summer for the last 5 years… hasn’t been on the road since we drove it up here 5 years ago. There are also two additional hook ups for tvs in outdoor kitchen and bunkhouse, but we did not install. There is a large tv in living room area. and .speaker system with inside and outside speakers. The Nada guide pricing is current as of this week. The nada guide also includes the features of this camper. Camper extremely clean, like new shape, no leaks ever…title in hand. All mattresses have been covered with plastic and then covered with washable mattress pads, so no need to replace. We will remove our residential queen mattress if you plan on replacing anyway… the YouTube video I am sharing is the exact model and upholstery selection of our camper, but it is not a video of our actual camper, however, I am confident in saying this video is completely representative of the camper.
