2 Owner 2014 Forest River Wildcat 333MK 5th wheel camper. Adult owned and used for summer camping trips (about 3 weeks a year / avg use). Everything is functional and has been maintained annually. There are some minor cosmetic flaws both inside and on the exterior as you would expect from a 7 year old camper. This unit features 2 A/C units, one in kitchen and a separate unit in the Bedroom. Electric fire place and gas furnace. Power TV antenna with flat screen tv in living room. Upgraded individual recliners instead of factor love seat. All interior lights still have plastic protective covers on them since purchased new! Top of the line upgraded tires (will outlast the camper!) installed summer of 2019. Tires run $400 each. Sound system features 3 zones, and camper has upgraded JBL exterior speakers! Custom bottle opener magnetic mount on exterior as well! Underbelly storage accessible on both front sides, as well as a separate compartment accessible from the front of camper. New battery installed in April of 2019. Camper has a Dish Hopper and Tailgater that can both be included with the purchase if requested ($600 value). Storage compartment features a spare tire mount with wheel/tire, and a 4 way lug wrench. Camper also features an upgraded CURT Class III Reciever hitch on the rear to pull your trailer or boat in tandem! Hitch and installation was a $2k upgrade! This unit has no major mechanical issues that need addressed. 2 of the cable pulls for the gray tanks are starting to stick which is very common for Forest River Models. An additional drain valve has been added and the black tank drain hose is also included! There are some scratches on wall behind the recliner from it rubbing on the wall. The front nose of the camper has sun face/oxidation on it as well which is very common (it has been this way since we purchase this unit in 2016). All lift jacks function properly as well as all exterior lights. This unit is ready to go today! Clean title with no damage history!
