We are selling our 2006 Pleasure Way Plateau TS Class B Motorhome. It has 106,850 miles on the Mercedes Sprinter Platform. It runs on Diesel and gets between 22 and 24 miles per gallon, so it is quite fuel efficient to save you money on your road trips. It's perfect for 2 people to travel around and explore. Overall it's in very good condition for being a 2006, and most or the friends and family we've shown it to think it is much newer than it is. It does show some signs of wear, there are some places where the paint is fading and the logos are peeling a bit. There is some minimal rust as well. On the interior things are in very good condition, the only noticeable items are some very slight peeling of trim on the cabinets, and 1 ripped curtain. We have some light blocking shades that suction to all 3 front windows that we're including with the sale so the small rip in the curtain never bothered us. Mechanically it's in good working condition. The engine and transmission run soundly. The last oil change was completed in May, and we had the shocks and tie rod ends replaced at the beginning of the year. These engines are known to go well into the hundreds of thousands of miles so has lots of life left. It has a propane generator that is in working order that allows you to take this van off the grid and explore areas where you don't have access to electricity. The bathroom has a shower, and there is an auxiliary shower outside as well. Both work well. Other nice features: -The fridge can run on battery, electricity, or the propane generator -It has a towing hitch and is rated to tow 5,000 pounds -It has a backup camera which helps navigate tight spaces -At 22 feet long you can pretty much park in any normal parking space, it does overhang a bit, but we found this RV to be quite maneuverable.-Passenger seat swivels around to face rear of vehicle -Rear doors are able to fold out 270 degrees and are magnetic to the side of the RV -Lots of storage compartments -Convection oven which can be used as a microwave as well. This plus the cook top makes it so you can cook just about anything. -Retractable manual 13 foot awning. We've taken it on multiple 2,000+ mile trips and have quite enjoyed them.
