This unit is new! Has only been used twice. We have owned it for a year and thought we would use it more but just don’t use it enough to justify owning it. We have upgraded it with an additional class B battery, solar panel trickle charger to charge and maintain batteries at optimum levels, and several other things. Included with the trailer are the hoses, dump kit, chemicals, hitch with stabilizing bars (a really nice and easy-to-use setup), and an aftermarket memory foam queen size mattress in the master bedroom (Costco, $800).
