This 1996 van is in terrific condition.  A great van with lots of storage in solid oak cabinets, drawers, and a nice sized hanging closet. It’s clean/stain-free. The refrigerator, microwave, propane stove, thermostat/propane heater, water heater, air conditioning, indoor and outdoor hot/cold showers, etc all work without issues.
New front brakes a couple years ago, all new tires last year. New house battery this year. Oil and air filter always changed on a timely basis. Note: This does not have a generator. It has  a hot water heater. I know these three items were options for the original purchase it to make.
This van has to my knowledge always been winter stored in AZ or FL. Currently located in the Minneapolis area.
