Sadly, we're selling our 2021 Mantis after only two short trips. We purchased it in March of 2021 with big travel plans but our circumstances have changed and this is not in the cards for the foreseeable future.All systems work perfectly including *water (both city and via 20gallon freshwater tank/pump)*propane powered Truma water heater and cabin heater*Dometic sink and two burner propane stove *AC (8000BTU model)*cassette toilet*shower with enclosure and curtain*outdoor shower*ARB awning (with integrated LED lighting system). In addition to getting the Mantis fully optioned from the factory with the aforementioned items, we have added the following which will all be included with your purchase:*8x8 ARB screen/tent room (new/never used)*Andersen weight distribution hitch (professionally installed) which we can have removed if you won't be needing it*additional black milk crates to match the factory supplied ones for more storage*Beech Lane camper leveling kitWe've never taken it off-road and it has been stored in a garage when it wasn't on the road with us. We have kept it impeccably clean (no shoes allowed inside) and it shows as new as a result.We paid cash for the Mantis so we are in possession of a clear title.
