Excellent Trailer for a couple. New tires were added in May 2021, New Full Spare tire, Comes with an Blue Ox Swaypro tow hitch (See Picture), and impact drill for the (4) stabilization jacks. Has a side slide out grill which has never been used, and a water filter system that should be installed when you connect to the campground water supply (New). Two Carbon filters included. Two tables are included. The dining room table stored under the bed and goes in front of the sofa, and a outside table for dining at the campground. Tows well and there are no mechanical issues known. Unit is sold as is with no Warranties or guarantees. Trailer is very clean!
