This camper has been used the last 2.5 years and has been very enjoyable. It was purchased so we could bring the grandkids along. They enjoyed the bunk beds a bit to much.The camper has been inspected and was given top grades. The roof along with all the exterior is in great shape. There are no leaks of any kind. The interior is still like new. The area below the bunks does not have the exterior kitchen option so it is great for extra storage. The hot water heater is easy to get in that space. I was able to store a Coleman gas stove easily in this area. Along with all the toys for the kids. The 2 propane tanks are nearly full.The camper was stored inside during the winter. It also comes with a used cover for the camper and wheel covers that we received when we bought it.Bottom line is the only thing this camper is missing is the new camper smell.
