2002 Newmar Mountain Aire 8.1L gas-powered engine. This motorhome has a total of 52,434 miles on the odometer. 2 air conditioners (bedroom and main cabin) that work well. This coach has all new tires that were put on in 2020. Brakes were replaced in 2020. Engine and 7,000 watts Onan generator maintenance was performed in 2020. New batteries for both the house and engine were installed in July 2020.

This motorhome has been well cared for and garaged when not in use. We are the second owner (the first owners were our mother and father).

The awnings over the slides will need to be attended to. The steps will at times not fully retract. The large awning over the main body is in great shape.

The body, paint, and interior would be considered in good to very good condition.
