The master bedroom also has a wall mounted TV mount for your preferred TV. All the doors inside the camper are real hinged wooden doors that provide much needed privacy between the bedroom, bunkroom, and living area. The bathroom is efficiently designed and the shower includes privacy glass sliding doors. The headspace is the largest I have experienced and being 6'4", I have no problem using the shower. The living room includes a comfortable foldout sofa, entertainment center including TV, and table & bench seating to gather and eat or play games. The bunkroom has a matching foldout sofa like the living room, along with three additional bunks. The bunk over the sofa folds up so people can sit on the sofa while enjoying a potential TV set up. The bunkroom has additional storage including a wardrobe we used as a linen closet. The exterior includes a 20' power awning, LED lighting, and full outside kitchen. The only defect is that rain got to the outside stovetop pullout counter causing the wood to swell. Please review the photo. The stove still works without issue.

Upon the final sale, the camper will be washed and the roof cleaned and treated. The three slides will have their seals treated. The two propane tanks will be filled.

The camper will also include the pictured 15,500# weight distribution hitch and add-on rear bumper mounted grill that uses the camper propane so there is no need for additional propane tanks to cook. Additional items that will be included are the leveling blocks, septic hoses (if desired), septic hose leveling system, and X-Chock wheel stabilizers.
