Our family of 5 bought this spacious fifth wheel last year, renovated it, and spent the last six months traveling in the sunshine and warmth of Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. After moving into our dream home in Nashville last week, we are settling down and want to sell to another family seeking tons of space and amenities (including two full bunkhouse slides). The RV is in the Twin Cities, MN and will be moving to storage in Nashville by early Sept if it hasn’t sold yet.

CONDITION
All major features and appliances are in GREAT WORKING CONDITION. Being a used RV, there are a number of repairs we’ve made and several issues we're aware of. We'll send details to any interested parties.

UPGRADES
1) All new tires (Aug 2020)
2) Installed bike hitch receiver (Crystal Welding - Oct 2020) & bike rack to hold up to 4 bikes
3) New Splendide combo washer/dryer unit (Nov 2020)
4) Replaced all four black and gray tank valves (Mar 2021)
5) Replaced original battery with two new batteries (May 2021)
6) Exterior was professionally caulked twice (May 2021 is the latest)
7) Installed new kitchen sink faucet and half bath faucet (Mar 2021)
8) Oxygenics RV shower head installed (Oct 2020)
9) Updated Interior Decor (incl. curtains and cabinet hardware) (Sept 2020)
10) Replaced carpet with neutral, eco-friendly carpet and removed carpet in kitchen table area (Dec 2020)
11) Removed futons and cabinet in bunkhouse and moved wiring to enable sleeping on the floor of the slides (Sept 2020 - Hilltop Camper & RV).
12) The previous owners installed a surge protector.

Because we will no longer be RVing, we will throw in ALL the accessories we’ve needed: fresh water hoses, sewer hoses, wheel chocks, wheel covers, 50 amp extension cord, dog bone power converter (50 amp/30 amp/110), water pressure regulator, etc.
