Has gas station for your toys. Fireplace Auto leveling hydraulic jacks. Stays under cover when not on use. Only thing that doesn’t work is the back awning over the back tailgate. Willing to trade for Host Cascade, Everest, or Mammoth or Eagle Cap 1165
