2016 Rockwood 8289ws signature Ultra lite fifth wheel in excellent condition unloaded vehicle weight is 8404 Lbs very clean dealer preped and inspected before I bought it about one month ago. This unit has new tires,new battery, new propane regulator and hoses,new carbon monoxide sensor ,new smoke detector new.smart TV new carpet new custom valances. Plus more .This is a nice updated clean camper. Please don't be mislead with all the new parts and upgrades this was a nice camper when I bought it I got the dealer to change as many parts as I possibly could during the buying process and the cosmetic upgrades were made because I never bought a used camper and wanted it to feel like new.it is really nice.
