This is the best Palazzo 36.3 available, because of the mods I've had done. Drives great with the added Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer, rear anti-sway bar, upgraded Koni shocks, and frontend alignment. Ready for install are two self-heating Battle Born 100 amp lithium batteries, with a Victron DC to DC charger. A Fisher & Paykel dishwasher was added, the bathroom faucets were replaced, and in-counter soap dispensers are at all three sinks. Metal trashcans with liners were mounted beside the toilets, so no paper has been put into the black tanks. The mattress was replaced with a Montana mattress with a waterproof cover. The inside TV was replaced with a Samsung smart TV, soundbar, wireless subwoofer, and rear speakers. The roof-mounted Parsec antenna and Pepwave Transit modem make working remotely easy, and you'll be streaming movies where others can't send a text. It's the best set-up available, and it's fantastic. All scheduled maintenance has been performed, including the 6,000mi service by Freightliner. The ACs have been properly cleaned, and the added RV Air inserts greatly improve airflow. The generator has been used or exercised frequently, so it's in great shape. The coach has been kept clean, and hand waxed twice a year. The interior is smoke and odor free. Magne shades are included for the windshield and the side cab windows. There's a TireMinder 10-tire bluetooth monitoring system for the coach and tow vehicle. A small pet door is installed at the boot compartment by the entry steps, so it's easy to close off. All the cabinets and drawers have non-slip lining. There are two negatives with the coach. The awning was damaged by wind, and has been removed. The factory replacement is ordered, but delivery is uncertain. If not installed at the time of sale, the price will be reduced $3,000. The cat made some claw marks in the top of the capitan's chairs, but it's not too bad. The mods and upgrades I've had done were expensive, but they make this a great coach! Inspections welcome.
