This Rig is in good to great condition. It was stored in heated garage when not in use, and never had to be winterized. Some features include: Cummins Onan RVQD 8000 Generator, Aqua Hot 400D system, which is for hot water and heat. No Propane to deal with, which is great. Everything runs off of electric and diesel. It has a Hydraulic Leveling system, built in connections for air tools, which runs off the air tanks on the rig. XCM Freightliner Chassis, Cummins 360HP engine with an Allison 3000 automatic transmission, and much more. This is a bunk model which sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms. We never had any problems with this unit and it is very reliable. We used it alot which is good, because from experience when these things sit for long periods of time they tend to have issues.
