Fully candid, the roof leaks. I purchased this vehicle from a private dealer on July 12th of this year (10 days ago at posting) and she lied up and down about its condition. The exterior damage on one wall was obvious, but she also swore that it was caused before she bought it in 2017 and that it had not leaked since. With the low mileage and cost, I felt comfortable purchasing it. I made it from Pheonix, AZ to nearly Buffalo, NY in three days when I hit a massive storm and it proceeded to leak inside the cab after the water soaked through the bed/cushions above. I have since thrown away the bedding and have the vehicle in storage with a tarp over it. I am not looking to make what I paid for it back, but the chassis is in good condition and worked like a champ driving out here (minus super steep hills), so I do honestly feel it holds a decent value. It only has 49k miles on it and will last a long time once the repairs are made on the coach.
