We are selling our Alpine to get a 5th wheel! That's the main reason! we can talk about trades if it is a 5th wheel no older than 2012 with at least 38 ft.
Drives flawless! Hydraulic brake system with discs front and rear which is make it really good to stop.

Air suspension working fine no leaks.

New LED headlights and clearance lights ( installed in May )
Disk breaks - front and rear ( serviced in May - new front calipers, pads, rotors, berings ABS sensors and break lines. break fluid changed. New break lines for the rear. Needs new rear rotors to have ABS back to work. Rotors are rusty inside and the sensors are unable to "read".
Tires in great condition
Onan 7500 diesel generator ( HDKAJ ) ( serviced in May 2021 )
New inverter ( Xantrax Freedom XC 2000 ) ( installed in May 2021 )
LED bulbs all around
New kitchen and toilet faucets
New skylight on the shower
Fiberglass roof - recently serviced in May 2021 replacing old sealants around the vents, antenna, etc.
2 AC units ( 15k with heat pump and 13k - The bedroom was replaced in 2020.
Furnace working with no issues ( Duo-Therm control by Dometic - 2 zones )
2 LED TVs - front and bedroom
Winegard Satellite Antenna ( MV-3500 ) and standard Antenna
Ice maker working perfectly
Fridge working perfectly on eletric and propane mode.
2 couches that turn into a bed. ( has a cover to protect the original fabric that is still in good condition )
The door was serviced and painted in the inside. A yale lock with passcode was installed instead of use the key only.
Jack leveling systems working good.
Brand new awining and it has awnings for all windows and front door.
Month ago we had Boondocking camping and everything worked well ( Pocono raceway ). No issues. we still have some to go during this summer.
New windshield wipers.
New rock tow guard.
All manuals available about everything. CD and paper.
A small leak and window opened in the driver side made a small area with soft spot. We were planning to replace the carpet and fix this but due the plans changed and we didn't touch on this piece.
I can say 8 on overall evaluation. Nice for the age.
