Ready to go, well maintained and luxurious bunkhouse travel trailer with lots of room and the perfect weight for easy towing! Our family of six (4 kids ages 2-12) absolutely loves the trailer and hates to part with it, but alas, I'm in a job where I will be doing a lot of traveling and won't have time to take it out anymore. Purchased new in Arizona (licensed there also) in November 2019, it is now on our property here in Maryland (moved here in June 2020). We upgraded the mattresses with very high quality Burlington Bedding mattresses and have taken very good care of it. It comes with an extremely heavy duty anti-sway trailer hitch that is perfect when we towed it from Arizona to Maryland: high winds are no problem! It has many convenient features, outdoor kitchen, electric stablizers, usb outlets everywhere, 2 large propane tanks, full height shower, queen bed, fold out couch, convertable table to bed, and three twin bunk mattresses, speakers inside and out, and exterior power outlet. We also installed telescoping stairs with adjustable height/depth for easier access. We installed a 32 inch Roku TV which was great for keeping the kids entertained on weekend outings. It can fit 2 adults in the queen bed, 1 in each bunk (3 total) and 1 on the sofa and 1 on the dining table bed for a total of 7 (Forest River says you can fit more, but definitely only more kids on the sofa and dining table area).
