Great condition! Low mileage. Comfortable walk-around queen bed and ability to convert dinette into a twin. Birch colored veneer interior. A/C unit, fridge/freezer, microwave, and shower/toilet combo. All in working condition. Well maintained and winterized every year. Low miles, used mostly for guests. A few small scratches on floors and walls and 1 small indentation on door. Yellowstone Park and Glacier Park wall art/stickers may or may not be removable. Have not removed due to concern of damaging veneer.
