This is a 2016 Heartland Ridge Open Range fifth Wheel travel trailer. The model number is 3X397FBS. We are the 3rd owners, since it was new. All owners used the RV to live in, for a period of time. My wife and I are currently living in this RV, while our new home is being built. This RV has the extra thick walls (3X) for better insulation, and it has the extreme cold package, to protect the pipes from freezing. The RV passed MD state inspection in July of 2020, with the wheel bearings done and brakes checked at the time of inspection. It only has about 30 miles on it, since it was inspected. We have replaced the carpet throughout in December of 2020, installed new tv’s, and also have a new bump out topper for the living area, which has not yet been installed. It has plenty of storage, and has a great climate control system.
