Model RST 324. trailer is very spacious. sleeps 4 comfortably, nice living room with plently of seating to watch tv, dining area allows for four at table and have extra room for guests at kitchen island. good space on kitchen island to prepare meals, very nice fridge/freezer combo, nice pantry and lots of storage areas throughout. theater seating facing entertainment area and fireplace is nice. bedroom is sapcious, walk around the bed to large closet, or use built in dresser at end of bed, storage under bed is very nice. bathroom has nice shower, sink etc., 3 slide outs, outside power awning is nice, tv can be hung outside for movie night. Every part rv site set up is power, jack, power stabilizer legs, slide outs. also, comes with custom tailored shirting around entire trailer, anti-sway system included. Trailer has had very little use over 6 years of ownership, 5 trips total, it is in very good condition, kept indoors when not in use. the tires are 2 years old, new leaf springs as part of preventive maintenance. thank for your interest in this trailer to all!
